Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to reduce shrink and drive profitability. You will own end‑to‑end initiatives, using SQL and AI to analyze data and design scalable fixes in partnership with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Category teams.

You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and finance, reporting to a DashMart manager. The role offers a hybrid work model with occasional in‑person collaboration and on‑site

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven mindset.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with analytical visualization tools (Sigma, Mode, Tableau, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end shrink reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
• Analyze financial opportunity and operational impacts across the business.
• Design and implement scalable fixes in collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, and Product.
• Lead cross‑functional execution and measure results against profitability metrics.
