Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to reduce supply chain costs and shrink, using SQL and AI to analyze data and design scalable fixes. This role reports to a DashMart Manager, influencing cross-functional teams across Ops, Product, and Finance to improve profitability.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration and time spent understanding the operation to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in process improvement, data modeling, supply chain, and strong financial and business acumen.
• Comfortable with SQL and data analysis and influencing roadmap discussions.
• Creative problem solver, able to define new processes and work with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical background, advanced SQL, and experience with analytics tools (Sigma, Mode, Tableau).
• AI native; has used AI tools to enhance workflows.
• 4–6+ years of experience; BS/BA ideally in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end shrink reduction efforts using SQL and AI to analyze data and identify opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable fixes in collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Category teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build scalable solutions and drive profitability.
• Report to a DashMart Manager and operate in a hybrid model with some on-site work to understand the operation.
