DoorDash's DashMart team is seeking an Associate Manager to lead profitability initiatives in supply chain. You will own end-to-end efforts to reduce shrink, using SQL and AI to analyze data, identify opportunities, and design scalable fixes.

This role partners with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product, Engineering, and Finance, and reports to a manager within the DashMart organization. Hybrid work with periodic in-person collaboration; on-site understanding of operations is

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to analyze data and identify opportunities using SQL and AI tools.
• Own end-to-end implementation of profitability initiatives, from documentation to measurement of results.
• BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field; 4–6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and pursue shrink reduction goals to improve profitability.
• Analyze financial and operational impacts across the business and iterate based on data.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor, Category, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
