The role requires strong analytics, 4–6+ years' experience, and BS/BA in a related field. Hybrid work with periodic onsite collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in related roles.
• BS/BA Degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with SQL and data analysis; AI tools experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end shrink reduction initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational impacts across the business.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product and Engineering to implement fixes.
• Communicate results and impact to DashMart leadership.
