Red Robin is seeking an hourly Associate Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management. You’ll promote brand standards, lead Team Members, and help maximize profits while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a supervisory role in hospitality, be 21+, and ready for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Act as ambassador of company standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
