Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an hourly Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management, as part of the leadership team. You will model Red Robin's BURGER values and lead Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes driving profits, ensuring food quality and cleanliness, and maintaining safety standards while supporting a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Lead Team Members and contribute to ongoing development.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability.
• Maintain food quality and restaurant cleanliness while complying with safety policies.
