DoorDash is expanding its New Verticals team and hiring Associate Managers to help launch Retail products and new selections from the ground up. You will work across strategy, operations and product to identify opportunities and prototype solutions using AI tools.

This hybrid, individual-contributor role involves cross-functional collaboration and thoughtful experimentation to elevate our Retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years of cross-functional, analytical work experience.
• Proven ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategize from first principles to serve customers and merchants.
• Operate by building tracking dashboards and managing weekly and quarterly targets.
• Analyze using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to evaluate costs and benefits of programs.
• Experiment by turning strategies into measurable pilots.
• Build new products and scale initiatives with attention to detail.
• Lead, collaborate and influence cross-functional teams across growth, design, analytics, partnerships and product.
