Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking Associate Managers for the New Verticals Fulfillment Strategy & Operations team.

You will drive strategy and execution to build a reliable Dasher supply and the tools for New Verticals offerings, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Operations to scale solutions. You will influence end-to-end Dasher in-store experience, supply strategies, and may work on merchant enablement and CPG partnerships across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in tech/operations/strategy/consulting or related field.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution to build reliable Dasher supply and tools for New Verticals offerings.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers on tech solutions that increase selection across New Vertical offerings.
• Own and deliver improvements to key selection metrics and align quarterly/annual strategic plans with product capabilities.
• Support merchant enablement and partnerships with the tools we build to improve shopping experience.
