Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking an Associate Manager to join our Retail Strategy & Operations team, focusing on merchandising across retail verticals. You will shape the in-app shopping experience by analyzing customer behavior, developing merchandising strategies for store pages, and translating priorities into product initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally, manage a team, and leverage data, Excel/Sheets, and AI tools to enhance test-and-learn cycles.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce or site merchandising.
• Analytical with large data sets in Excel, Google Sheets and basic SQL.
• Experience leveraging LLMs and AI tools for merchandising workflows.
• Bachelor's degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute merchandising strategies across retail categories.
• Create a best-in-class shopping experience by analyzing sales data and trends.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on roadmap strategy.
• Merchandise and maintain product assortment based on demand and seasonality.
• Understand the consumer and anticipate needs to inform DoorDash's retail strategy.
