DoorDash is building the future of local commerce and expanding Retail product offerings. We’re seeking an Associate Manager on the Strategy & Operations team to identify right-to-win areas and work with product, design, analytics, and engineering to bring new Retail products from idea to launch.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product, requiring rapid prototyping, mockups for user research, and synthesis of complex analyses with a bias toward AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years experience in analytical, cross‑functional environments.
• 2+ years building/scaling products in fast‑paced settings.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Scrappy thinker who focuses on action and impact.
• Owner mindset: takes responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategy to serve customers and merchants from first principles.
• Create dashboards and track key metrics; own week-over-week and quarterly targets.
• Build models using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to evaluate costs and benefits of programs.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with growth, design, marketing, partnerships, and product teams.
