Job summary

GreenDrop is expanding its operations and seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple donation sites in Georgia. You will lead up to around 40 staff, manage facilities, logistics and daily operations, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will train and coach employees, schedule payroll, monitor budgets, and travel between locations to support peak periods and drive compliance. The role requires ensuring customer donors are served efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple GreenDrop sites and about 40 employees daily.
• Own all operations involving facilities, logistics and employees.
• Train, coach and develop staff to SOPs and policies.
• Support operations including donations, donors, and packing.
• Schedule payroll and manage budgets.
• Supervise attendants and conduct performance reviews.
• Review applications and complete HR paperwork.
• Maintain safety and drive site audits and compliance.
• Travel between GreenDrop locations daily.
