Job summary

Jobtailor in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing SOPs to ensure compliant daily operations.

You will conduct cycle counts, perform system adjustments, handle patient issues, maintain brand standards in visual merchandising, and contribute to achieving key performance metrics through effective teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
  • Prior cash handling experience.
  • Conversational English.
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.).
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures.
  • Ability to utilize telecommunication devices.
  • Valid driver’s license and passing an MVR background check (delivery locations only).
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude.
  • Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces.
  • Ability to push/pull and lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stool, ladder, and steps.
  • Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
  • Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
  • Conduct inventory audits and required cycle counts with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
  • Perform system adjustments and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Perform key-holding supervisor duties related to opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise basic staff and retail processes.
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Support efficient daily store operations and achievement of key performance metrics.
