Job summary

Jobtailor in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager and Assistant GM in leading store personnel and maintaining brand standards. You will supervise daily operations, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure adherence to SOPs and state regulations.

You will coach staff, monitor inventory, resolve escalations, and uphold safety and service quality across the team while fostering professional relationships with partners.

Requirements

• Prior cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Conversational English proficiency
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and telecommunication devices
• Ability to comprehend safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check for delivery locations only
• Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and personal integrity
• Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostile attitudes
• Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
• Visual and auditory acuity, with or without job aids
