Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced store manager to lead and develop a team of 40+ employees in a Maryland location. You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and telecommunication devices.
• Ability to comprehend safety procedures.
• Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions.
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members.

• Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostility
• Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces

• Visual and auditory acuity, with or without aids
• Availability to work 45+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
