Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store personnel, achieving KPIs, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

You will maintain brand standards in merchandising, handle opening/closing procedures, monitor inventory, resolve customer issues, and ensure regulatory compliance while coaching staff. The role demands professionalism, integrity, and strong communication, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Conversational English.
• Ability to operate computer, scanner and printer.
• Must pass a level 1 and level 2 background check; valid driver’s license for delivery locations only.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on company service standards and accountability
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
• Report to the General Manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
• Prior cash handling experience
• Conversational English
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, and printer
• Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to function independently, with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
• Ability to move throughout the entire facility, including tight spaces
• Ability to communicate and exchange sensitive information, observe/inspect details, and operate computing devices
• Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps, and crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
• Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Up to 25 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs
