Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the General Manager in Florida. The role emphasizes leading store personnel, meeting KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding SOPs and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Passing level 1 and level 2 background checks


• At least 21 years of age


• Ability to function independently, demonstrate flexibility and personal integrity, and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies


• Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude


• Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces


• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.


• Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps


• Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
