Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team in the United States. You will own one or more product initiatives within our first-party suite, defining strategy, setting key results, and driving cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.

You will run zero-to-one experiments, collaborate with merchants, and help shape the roadmap with product partners.

Qualifications

2–3 years in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
Experience taking a product from inception through launch and growth.
Ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives end to end, define goals and roadmaps, and drive growth.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
Analyze data and merchant feedback to guide decisions and roadmap.
Design and launch zero-to-one tests and pilot AI tools or automation.
Represent merchant voice to influence roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
Scale learnings with repeatable frameworks and best practices.
