DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to shape the Dasher & Logistics strategy and drive execution across markets. You will dive into ground-level data and customer insights, test hypotheses, and partner across functions to scale solutions.

You report to a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team. You will work with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to improve delivery speed, cost, quality, and dasher pay, while building foundational

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data; comfortable with SQL/Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Use data-driven approaches to investigate problems and create insightful analyses from quantitative and qualitative information.
• Operate at a granular level to build foundational knowledge of the problem space and business.
• Define and test hypotheses through experimentation and translate insights into scalable strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive impact.
• Develop new skills and take on challenging responsibilities as you progress.
