Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team. You will own one or more product initiatives from strategy through execution, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing, and work directly with merchants and frontline teams to identify high-impact problems.

You will run zero-to-one experiments, build AI tools to streamline internal processes, and help shape the roadmap with Product.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in strategy, operations, or product roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product initiatives and define goals with KRs.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Eng, Analytics, Implementations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Analyze data and qualitative merchant feedback to drive strategic decisions.
• Design and launch zero-to-one experiments and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Represent the merchant voice to influence roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
• Scale learnings by codifying repeatable frameworks and enablement.
