Job summary

WSO2 Llc is seeking an Associate Enterprise Architect in the United States to act as a linchpin among customers, sales, R&D, and success teams. You will design architectures, deliver proofs of concept, and translate complex needs into tailored solutions across API management, integration, and identity platforms.

You will lead technical demos, own critical customer engagements, mentor teammates, and contribute to thought leadership through blogs and events, while traveling as needed in support of

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on with API management, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Experience leading technical demos or solution design with enterprise clients.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and executives.
• Experience in enterprise environments with complex sales or delivery cycles.
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent in English and able to travel short distances as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver demos, proofs of concept, and solution architectures aligned to client needs.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, high-quality designs and communicate business value.
• Develop expertise in WSO2 products, architecture, and industry trends.
• Lead technical aspects of complex projects, including ownership, estimation, and scheduling.
• Conduct architectural reviews and recommend best practices for customer use cases.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and enablement sessions for diverse audiences.
• Act as primary technical advisor for assigned accounts and support post-sales expansions.
• Drive strategic discussions with customers and coordinate with support teams to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering teams based on customer usage and trends.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and learning.
