Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care to guide a remote-focused care program across the organization. The role emphasizes strategy, operational performance, and measurable program improvement to align with broader business goals.

You will partner with multiple teams to identify savings, translate insights for senior leaders, and coach direct reports while ensuring compliance and quality across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years of project planning experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in management consulting focused on healthcare preferred

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Virtual Care to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will guide a virtual care function with a focus on strategy, operational performance, and measurable program improvement. The Associate Director will partner across teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, advance key initiatives, and ensure the program is positioned to support broader business goals. This person will also translate performance insights for senior leaders while helping develop and coach direct reports.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,504 – $236,911 annually
