For our client, we are seeking a Director, Payer Innovation and Strategy - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead AI-focused consulting engagements that help payer organizations turn complex business challenges into actionable strategies. The Director will work closely with senior client stakeholders, sales partners, and cross-functional delivery teams to structure priorities, guide implementation, and deliver measurable outcomes across the engagement lifecycle. The position also requires a strong focus on responsible AI, project economics, and reusable solution development that can be scaled across future client work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,600 – $230,800 annually
