Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care to guide a remote-focused care program across the organization. The role emphasizes strategy, operational performance, and measurable program improvement to align with broader business goals.

You will partner with multiple teams to identify savings, translate insights for senior leaders, and coach direct reports while ensuring compliance and quality across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years of project planning experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in management consulting focused on healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the virtual care team's strategy to enhance program performance
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through collaboration
• Manage key company and department strategy initiatives from development to implementation
• Evaluate financial and operational performance metrics to drive improvements
• Translate program performance into reports for Senior Leadership
• Support the development and growth of direct reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
