Ladders is seeking a Lead, Program Delivery to guide a portfolio of cross-functional programs that connect analytics, business strategy, and operational execution. This role translates business needs into actionable delivery plans and maintains governance for measurable outcomes.

The position is remote for US-based candidates and offers a compensation range of $115,200 to $158,400 per year, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, or related fields.
• Experience developing roadmaps and governance structures.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen linking analytics to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

This role will guide a portfolio of cross-functional programs that connect analytics, business strategy, and operational execution across a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bring structure to intake and prioritization, help translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear governance and measurable outcomes. This is a highly collaborative position that supports leaders in turning strategic ideas into disciplined execution and tangible business value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,200-$158,400 annually
