Our client seeks a Director of Finance (Personal Care Services) for a remote US-based role, leading the finance team and strategy in a healthcare setting.

You will partner with operations and clinical leadership to strengthen reporting, streamline processes, and guide cross-functional decision-making. A hands-on leader, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 10 years substitute allowed.
• 5+ years in a financial leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and perf. mgmt.
• Experience in personal care services is essential.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance professionals.

For our client, we are seeking a Director Finance (Personal Care Services) - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead financial strategy and performance management for a remote healthcare organization with a focus on personal care services. The position will partner closely with operations and clinical leadership to strengthen reporting, improve financial processes, and support sound decision-making across the business. It is well suited for a finance leader who can combine hands‑on planning and analysis with the ability to guide a team and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
