Job summary

Santa Fe College’s One Stop center provides integrated enrollment services to prospective and current students through in-person, phone, and virtual channels. The supervisor will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate staff and workflow, and ensure high-quality, student-centered service delivery in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in student services or related field with supervisory experience and a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in student services or related area with 2 years of experience in student services; 6 years combined experience will be considered.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• A criminal background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Center and staff to ensure efficient service delivery and one-interaction resolution.
• Hire, onboard, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff; foster a collaborative, student-centered team.
• Coordinate daily workflow, lobby operations, staffing coverage, and service environment to manage traffic flow.
• Monitor caseloads, service demands, and performance metrics to meet standards.
• Analyze service quality and performance data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Develop and evaluate staff training programs and track completion.
