Digital Motion Event Services is seeking an Associate Director of Sales & Client Growth in Birmingham, AL. This office-based role drives strategic sales execution across the full sales cycle and partners with leadership to meet aggressive revenue goals.

You will manage client relationships and work toward expanding the future sales organization. The position offers a base salary with a rewarding commission structure designed to recognize performance and growth in our dynamic event services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of demonstrable success in client-facing business sales or technology sales are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategically execute the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal presentations for new event business.
• Drive revenue growth by partnering with leadership to acquire clients and achieve sales targets.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction throughout projects.
• Support in maintaining sales documentation, tracking KPIs, and smoothing the sales-to-operations handover.
