Motion is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead a high‑performing team across Birmingham, AL and Dallas, TX with some remote work. The role focuses on identifying large revenue opportunities, crafting disruptive value propositions, and aligning internal resources to win strategic accounts.

You will drive relationships with executive buyers, partner with field teams, and own the development of long‑term account strategies while managing a robust CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales or BD leadership.
• Experience in leading teams and P&L ownership preferred.
• Proven ability to build strategic plans and win complex deals.
