Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the commercialization factory for pricing, packaging, monetization, and profitability across EY’s Audit, Advise, Transform, and Operate offerings. The role emphasizes client value-driven monetization and growth through PLG, SLG, and value-based pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, corporate development and/or SaaS/Product commercialization
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, accounting, budgeting and associated metrics
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting and optimization techniques such as A/B testing, conjoint analysis, Gabor-Granger, Price Elasticity of Demand, Van Westendorp, and price laddering
• University/Bachelors' degree or equivalent qualification required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization factory including connecting the product, monetization, pricing and commercial models across Top End Audit, Transformations, Managed Services, and other business models.
• Create clarity from ambiguity, uncover leverage points early to monetize client value and accelerate profitable growth.
• Identify and align value, usage, and pricing metrics to meet definable, measurable, high-demand criteria.
• Facilitate service decomposition into configurable, modular components enabling monetization maturity assessment and activation.
• Define, iterate, and refine price lists for products/services with discounts and terms.
• Build trust-based relationships to influence decision making and expand client value and EY revenues.
