Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the execution and performance improvement of EY's commercialization process across pricing, packaging and monetization of new and reimagined products and services. You will influence pricing strategy across Audit, Advise, Transform and Operate businesses.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years in professional services pricing/commercials or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, monetization and pricing skills.
• Knowledge of price setting techniques (A/B testing, conjoint analysis, price elasticity).

Responsibilities

• Lead product and service commercialization across multiple EY offerings.
• Define pricing, monetization models, and terms to increase realization and margins.
• Map value, usage, and pricing metrics to maximize client value and revenue.
• Decompose complex services into modular components for monetization maturity.
• Collaborate across a matrix organization to influence stakeholders and win rates.
