EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the monetization and pricing strategy across EY’s service portfolio. The role focuses on transforming GTM monetization, including PLG motions and sales-led models for audits, transforms and managed services.

You will define monetization models, guide pricing metrics, and collaborate across matrixed teams to accelerate profitable growth. Flexible hours and hybrid work arrangements are supported.

• 12+ years of experience in pricing/commercials, strategy, or SaaS/product commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the commercialization factory across product monetization and pricing models.
• Turn ambiguity into actionable monetization opportunities to accelerate profitable growth.
• Align value, usage, and pricing metrics to meet high-demand client needs.
• Decompose services into modular components enabling mature monetization.
• Define, iterate and refine price lists, discounts and terms to improve win rates.
• Build trust-based relationships to influence senior stakeholders and grow EY revenues.
