The role builds frameworks and governance for value-driven monetization, aligns pricing metrics with client value, and collaborates across a matrix organization to accelerate profitable growth in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pricing/commercials, strategy or SaaS/product monetization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization and pricing.
• Knowledge of price setting techniques (A/B testing, conjoint analysis, price ladders).
• University/Bachelors' degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product/service commercialization across multiple business models.
• Define price lists, monetization models and discount strategies to improve margins.
• Build framework and governance for Go-To-Market monetization transformation.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to accelerate profitable growth.
