Influential is seeking an Associate Director to lead complex influencer marketing programs for a flagship financial services client. You will serve as the day-to-day client lead, managing strategy, creator selection, content development, production timelines, live event activations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency/marketing-tech/creator marketing experience.
• Experience leading complex influencer, social, or integrated campaigns from kickoff to reporting.
• Experience managing tight production timelines and high-volume creator deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-faceted influencer marketing campaigns for a flagship financial services client.
• Serve as day-to-day client lead, ensuring communication, alignment, and flawless execution.
• Own campaign timelines from kickoff through wrap, including production schedules and reporting milestones.
• Partner with client, IAT, and internal teams to meet brand and business objectives.
• Mentor account managers and activation team members to drive excellence.
• Navigate challenges and pivots to deliver successful campaigns on time and on brief.
