Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a full-time Associate Director, Client Management for our Influencer & Celebrity team. This remote role owns day-to-day client relationships and keeps influencer programs on time and on budget.

You will run calls, write recaps, chase approvals, and ensure nothing slips, while collaborating with strategy and talent leads to deliver programs that meet client goals. Strong organizational skills and influencer-budget expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in client service or account management.
• At least 3 years in influencer marketing.
• Experience in high-volume influencer agency settings.
• Experience leading monthly billing reconciliation.
• Hyper-organized with a disciplined approach to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day client relationship and manage influencer programs.
• Lead weekly status calls, write recaps, and track next steps.
• Manage budgets, contracts, deliverables, and invoices.
• Coordinate across strategy, talent, paid media, PR, social, and analytics.
• Ensure FTC disclosures and brand safety; mentor junior members.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and present to leadership.
