Job summary

Brilliant Agency is seeking an Associate Director, Client Management for our Influencer & Celebrity team. This fully remote role owns day-to-day client relationships, ensuring influencer programs run on time, on budget, and flawlessly executed.

You will be the voice of Brilliant to clients, leading calls, recaps, and approvals while coordinating with strategy and talent leads to deliver results. A strong, organized communicator with 5–7 years in client service and influencer marketing is

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client service or account management experience, with at least 3 years in influencer marketing.
• Experience in a high-volume influencer agency setting, managing many creators and multiple brands.
• Deep understanding of influencer budgets: talent rates, fees, gifting, usage rights, and how they roll up to a client budget.
• Experience leading monthly billing reconciliation and tracking account profitability.
• Hyper-organized. You build the tracker, you live in the tracker, and you never miss a deadline.
• Proficiency with project-management and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship across multiple influencer and celebrity accounts; run calls, write recaps, chase approvals.
• Manage timelines from kickoff to final reporting; keep programs on time and aligned with objectives.
• Build and maintain trackers (AirTable, Asana, or similar); ensure a single source of truth.
• Coordinate across strategy, talent, paid media, PR, social, and analytics teams; ensure campaigns stay in sync.
• Ensure FTC disclosures and brand safety standards are met.
• Lead monthly billing reconciliation with finance; ensure payments and invoices match.
