You will supervise program execution, analyze results and trends, manage profitability, and identify growth opportunities while mentoring a team for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in client services or account management.
• Experience in direct marketing and data-driven campaigns.
• Analytical with comfort in metrics and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through full life cycles.
• Ability to plan tests and interpret results.
• Proven ability to drive growth opportunities and profitability.

Responsibilities
