Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years in marketing and media agencies, strong storytelling and client acquisition skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration to win strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Strategy-related discipline.
• 5-9 years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacent capabilities, such as ad- and mar-tech firms, consultancies, or client-side marketing organizations.
• Demonstrated skills in slide design, analysis, writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the marketing and media industry, pipeline management and client acquisition.
• Strategic thinker and content creator, crafting a storyline that compels the client prospect to partner with the Groupe, or retain a strategic account.
• Illustrate the ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and elevate to senior leadership team as necessary.
• Have proficiency in communicating clearly and concisely, keeping audience in mind.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to craft concise briefs for senior executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the efforts to acquire new clients, growing revenue for the Groupe at large, and retain strategic accounts
• Create the initial responses to client inquiries pertaining to data, audience, and analytics, or CoreAI, including Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), capabilities presentations, working sessions, client briefs, and final proposal documents
• Support the development, design, and presentation of all client pitch presentations
• Thoughtfully manage all pitch activities (including global and local): responsible from receipt of request through final submission / presentations
• Collaborate closely with Groupe Solutions, Audience, Data, Platform, and Marketing capabilities to craft pitch strategy and narrative
• Partner with cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships across the Agency Leads, Groupe capabilities, Sapient, Epsilon, etc.
