Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an Associate Director, Business Development to drive new business and revenue growth across the Groupe. You’ll craft data-, audience-, and analytics-driven narratives for client opportunities and oversee RFIs/RFPs, capabilities presentations, and final proposals.

You’ll collaborate with Groupe Solutions, Audience, Data, Platform, and Marketing capabilities to shape pitch strategy and manage global and local activities, partnering with Sapient, Epsilon, and other teams.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should understand strategy, media, and technology and have direct experience with business development, product marketing, agency service frameworks, and organizational design.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for client pitches and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing efforts to acquire new clients, grow revenue, and retain strategic accounts.
• Create initial responses to client inquiries about data, audience, analytics, or CoreAI, including RFIs and RFPs, capabilities presentations, and final proposals.
• Support development, design, and presentation of client pitch materials.
• Manage pitch activities globally and locally—from receipt of request to final submission/presentation.
• Collaborate with Groupe Solutions, Audience, Data, Platform, and Marketing capabilities to craft pitch strategy and narrative.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build trusted relationships with Agency Leads, Groupe capabilities, Sapient, Epsilon, etc.
