Qualifications

• 8+ years in media agency or related field with hands-on BD or pitching.
• Proven experience managing and/or leading new business pitches.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners.
• Highly organized, diligent, and meticulous.
• Thrives in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with bias toward action.
• Aspiring to grow into broader BD and leadership roles.
