Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development to partner across the Groupe on new business opportunities, building data, tech, audience and analytics narratives, including presenting CoreAI to clients.

You will lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, craft pitch presentations, manage global and local pitch activities, and collaborate with Sapient, Epsilon and other capabilities to win and retain strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Strategy-related discipline
• 5-9 years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacents such as ad- and mar-tech firms, consultancies, or client-side marketing organizations
• Demonstrated skills in slide design, analysis, writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of the marketing and media industry, pipeline management and client acquisition
• Strategic thinker and content creator, crafting a storyline that compels the client prospect to partner with the Groupe, or retain a strategic account
• Illustrate the ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalation to senior leadership team as necessary
• Communicate clearly and concisely, keeping audience in mind
• Attention to detail in crafting briefs for senior executives and clients

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the efforts to acquire new clients, growing revenue for the Groupe at large, and retain strategic accounts
• Create the initial responses to client inquiries pertaining to data, audience, and analytics, or CoreAI, including RFIs and RFPs, capabilities presentations, working sessions, client briefs, and final proposal documents
• Support the development, design, and presentation of all client pitch presentations
• Thoughtfully manage all pitch activities (including global and local): responsible from receipt of request through final submission/presentations
• Collaborate closely with Groupe Solutions, Audience, Data, Platform, and Marketing capabilities to craft pitch strategy and narrative
• Partner with cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships across the Agency Leads, Groupe capabilities, Sapient, Epsilon, etc.
