Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking an Associate Director to assist the Executive Director in engaging state partners, staff and clients. You will supervise staff, oversee enrollment processes, resolve client inquiries and ensure compliance with guidelines.

This role involves travel, public appearances, and coordination with contractors. The position requires strong communication, organization and data-entry skills, with the ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or client relations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, weeknights and holidays.
• Ability to travel including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Advanced computer knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and PDFs.
• Ability to handle fluctuating inbound and outbound call volume.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• High integrity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with numbers and apply basic formulas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience using multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Represent Acumen to stakeholders and partners; support program activities.
• Assist with enrollment processes and data entry across databases.
• Provide timely day-to-day client support and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate with accounts receivable on billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Manage Electronic Visit Verification implementation and data accuracy.
• Deliver training sessions and coordinate with contractors.
• Report program statistics to key stakeholders.
