Job summary

Acumen seeks an Agent Supervisor to lead the state team and grow presence in the self-directed community. You will support clients through their lifecycle and ensure contract compliance across the state's agents.

You will train, provide guidance, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in day-to-day operations while maintaining high integrity and performance standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Acumen Agent.
• High school diploma, some college courses or a college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• High standard of integrity.
• Proficient with 10 key by touch.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow Acumen’s presence in the self-directed community within their state.
• Support clients through their lifecycle with the organization.
• Ensure contract compliance.
• The Agent Supervisor will lead and supervise the agents in their state team as a subject matter expert.
• Provide training when needed and identify improvements for day-to-day operations.
