Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a proactive Agent Supervisor to grow our presence in the self-directed community within the state. You will support clients through their lifecycle, ensure contract compliance, and lead a team of Agents with training and process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Acumen Agent.
• High school diploma or higher; college preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Accuracy with supervision and strong integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; dual monitors experience.
