Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking an Agent Supervisor to lead the state team, ensuring contract compliance and quality client support. The role includes training, process improvements, and data integrity across enrollment, budgeting, and agent activities.

You will grow the presence in the self-directed community, monitor task completion, and collaborate with executives to implement efficiency measures while maintaining strong client relationships and high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Acumen Agent.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficient with 10 keys by touch; accurate with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Grow Acumen’s presence in the self-directed community within the state.
• Support clients through their lifecycle with the organization.
• Ensure contract compliance and process improvements for efficiency.
• Monitor work quality, data accuracy and timely task completion.
• Provide training and supervise team members as needed.
