Humana is seeking an Associate Director of AI Enablement to lead a multi-track enterprise AI platform program and drive organizational change across IT disciplines. The role requires deep knowledge of AI, DevOps, and scalable software delivery in HIPAA-regulated environments.

You will lead engineers, coordinate across peer organizations, and communicate progress to senior leaders, while fostering an empowering, collaborative team culture.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in software engineering with leadership of managers/leads or multiple squads.
• Accountable for multi-track or platform-scale programs (3+ tracks, 25+ engineers).
• Hands-on depth in distributed systems or ML/AI engineering or cloud infra.
• Production Kubernetes and major cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Fluent in LLM application development, agent frameworks, and evaluation methods.
• Experience shipping in regulated environments with security/compliance constraints.
• Ability to drive alignment across peer organizations without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise-grade platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, Artifactory, or similar.
