Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of AI Enablement to lead the Enterprise Engineering Enablement program, shaping Humana's AI-native delivery lifecycle across multiple tracks and 25+ engineers.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Demonstrates ownership of large, multi-track programs.
• Hands-on expertise in distributed systems, platform/SRE, ML/AI, or cloud infra.
• Proficient with Kubernetes and major cloud providers; strong security/compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review architecture decisions, ADRs, and agent design specs; write when needed.
• Prototype within agent harness and integrate tools and prompts.
• Read traces, evaluate outputs, and debug agent behavior with engineers.
• Contribute to reference implementations for PODs to pattern from.
• Participate in code and design reviews as an active contributor.
