Qualifications

• 5+ years in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals; undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence, change management, and financial acumen.
• Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IC design aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
• Develop models and simulations to assess incentives and field design options.
• Collaborate with Sanofi Hub and GTMC teams to ensure flawless execution of IC deliverables.
• Drive data-driven decision-making for field leaders and BU leadership.
• Establish governance, policies, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leverage AI and analytics to improve plan structures and payout curves.
