Job summary

• Experience in regulated industry with strong compliance orientation.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and technology partners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, prioritization, and execution of strategic field effectiveness initiatives across the NA roadmap.
• Own governance, timelines, and risk mitigation across concurrent initiatives.
• Develop business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize investments and maximize impact.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies to embed new ways of working across the field.
