Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial operations, field effectiveness, analytics, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of guiding capability transformations at scale and adopting AI/technology.
• Strong ability to build strategic partnerships across functions.
• Experience in regulated industries and external vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of strategic field effectiveness initiatives across the North America roadmap.
• Own governance, timelines, and risk across concurrent programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmaps and drive adoption.
• Develop business cases and ROI frameworks for investments.
• Serve as change management lead for major capability rollouts.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners.
