Job summary

Amgen is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive compensation plans for the US Field Excellence team and a Cardiovascular BU. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, while driving fairness and motivation for the sales force, including IC administration from the India delivery office.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, 3+ years hands-on experience in incentive compensation plans.
• Master’s, 5+ years hands-on experience in incentive compensation plans.
• Bachelor’s, 7+ years hands-on experience in incentive compensation plans.
• Associate’s, 12 years hands-on experience in incentive compensation plans.
• High school diploma / GED, 14 years hands-on experience in incentive compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for senior commercial leaders on incentive compensation plan and contest design.
• Lead design strategy with senior sales and brand leadership; collaborate with forecasting, analytics, HR and finance.
• Monitor effectiveness using data analysis, plan modeling, field feedback, and health check audits.
• Coordinate with Amgen's India delivery office for IC admin, contests, payouts, and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IC design, analytics, admin and operations; implement cross-functional solutions.
